Rehoming Pups, Terms & Conditions
Enfield German Shorthairs registers each brood it whelps with The American Kennel Club upon its healthy delivery.
All Enfield German Shorthaired Pointers adopted are certified to be AKC, "clean-lined and purebred" breed-standard upon inception.
Kennel clientele are thus able to acquire their pups sealed, Birth Certificate soon after its transference. The "display-quality" document will be imprinted with each new pups given name as well as its verified/recognized direct lineage. This affidavit serves to preserve the value of each re-homed dog and should be carefully guarded in place.
If any debilitating, pre-existing, puppy medical malady is diagnosed by a certified Veterinarian upon its first scheduled vet examination, all money thus far tendered to acquire it will be refunded to its buyers. The kennel will, upon credible receipt and documentation of some "inherent" puppy ailment, it will take back its troubled K-9 to shelter and tend to.
All Kennel Pups re-homed to buyers will be delivered with formal, AKC, documentation. Upon re-homing Pups’ dew-claws will have been removed and have had their tails appropriately bobbed. Also, all Kennel pup medical records will be transferred upon their moving to new homes. Re-homed pups will always have been dewormed and vaccinated to date as necessitated; and, “ONLY” after experiencing, at least 8 weeks of comprehensive human, maternal and pack socialization.
Its new custodians agree to register their new dog in association with its given name with the American Kennel Club. Last, but not least, it is expected by The Kennel that any transferred pup will not be “altered” unless medically necessitated. The reselling of Enfield German Shorthairs prodigy to unaffiliated third-party buyers without consent is strictly forbidden.
